Parking:

There is parking available Valet on the first floor of the building, the cost is $6 cash which you pay to the Valet concierge.

You may also find meter parking on the streets near the clinic building.

What to bring to your Rheumatology consultation:

• Bring your valid ID

• Current insurance card

• Any referrals your doctor may have given you with why you are coming to see a Rheumatologist, documents, recent labs, imaging that might be helpful on your consultation visit.

• ALL medications with specific doses you are currently taking.
